Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: October 2026
ScienceBases is a participant in the Impact affiliate network and other affiliate programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click on links to products or services mentioned on this site and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you.
How It Works
When we recommend a science kit, tool, or learning resource, the link may be an “affiliate link.” If you buy through that link, we receive a small commission from the retailer or brand. This helps support the site and allows us to keep creating free science content for curious kids and homeschool families.
Our Promise
- We only recommend products we genuinely believe in and would use ourselves.
- We are not influenced by commissions to write positive reviews — our editorial opinions are our own.
- Affiliate relationships never affect the topics we choose to cover or how we explain science.
Brand Relationships
ScienceBases is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any brand mentioned on this site unless explicitly stated. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Currently, we participate in affiliate programs including (but not limited to):
- MEL Science — via Impact affiliate network
- Otter.ai — via Impact affiliate network
